Project overview

This project sought to understand how we might transition towards sustainable practices in the water and food sectors. Our contribution focused on implementing and analysing a mixed-methods approach to understanding domestic water use.

  • the impacts of interventions or natural socio-technical change on patterns of demand
  • the linkage of 'appliance' monitoring with traditional forms of social science data in support of socio-technical innovation
