Project overview
This is a collaborative and comparative project on civil procedural law. Stephanie's contribution concerns special proceedings; a key dimension of her contribution on international commercial dispute resolution focuses on innovative technological tools, encompassing the digitalisation of dispute resolution (in the fields of IP, data protection, consumer law etc). The project is funded by the Fonds national de la recherche, Luxembourg.
