Research project

Plant Speciation

Project overview

This project is investigating the evolution of a plant genus Descurainia, specifically those that are endemic to the Canary Islands. The project aims are to use next-generation sequencing to understanding their patterns of evolution and the underlying evolutionary mechanisms behind high altitude adaptation.
