Novel Role of a Protein Phosphatase in Chromosome Segregation

Project overview

The goal of this project is to generate tools for studying the role of protein phosphatases during cell division. Specifically, we will produce human cell lines that can provide material for the quantitative phospho-proteomics analysis, which in turn will uncover mitotic protein phosphatase substrates or targets regulated by particular proteins phosphatases.
