Southampton Sport members (University of Southampton Students and Staff) can access the gym and swimming pool at the Quays Swimming & Diving Complex at no extra cost.

Accessing the Facilities
If you wish to use the facilities, You first need to fill out our 'consent to share' form so that we can confirm to Active Nation that you are a member (NB this will take 72 hours).

Slots can be booked 3 days in advance. Please await confirmation of your booking before attending.
Please note, Southampton Sport members are unable to access the diving pool for free, and can only access some of the fitness classes, at the Quays Swimming & Diving Complex.
