What we're looking for
I'm Ayala Gordon, Associate Director - Digital User Experience for the University of Southampton.
We're well into 2023, which is a very ambitious year for our team.
To help us deliver our mission, we are hiring a few crucial roles. We have a couple of heads of disciplines to recruit, and a few additional posts with mixed levels of seniority in a number of disciplines.
The 3 key elements I’m looking for in team members are:
- Someone who can express a vision and critique to drive our work with passion and energy across all levels of the University. This is about looking for opportunities, being accountable for work and really proactively owning the critical and delivery challenges.
- An articulate and refined communicator who can secure support from senior colleagues, and across University departments, taking them along with us.
- A team player who can work well at all levels, helping to define and embed the right culture, values and behaviours across the organisation.
