Research project: Audience Segmentation Analysis: Motivation and Barriers to STEM employment

This study focuses on what STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses and careers need to offer to attract and retain people. It aims to identify what messages young people from under-represented groups would like to hear about STEM courses and careers. Findings will be used to make recommendations for HE STEM departments, STEM employers and for policy makers.
