Biography
Dr Hannah Dalgleish is a researcher, communicator, and engagement and knowledge exchange professional working in the academic-policy sphere. She has a PhD in astrophysics, awarded by Liverpool John Moores University in 2020.
Hannah is currently a Knowledge Exchange Fellow at the University of Southampton, working closely with the Centre for the South and Public Policy|Southampton.
Hannah has been involved in numerous projects related to dark sky tourism, light pollution and policy, astronomy education, indigenous astronomy, science communication, astronomy for development, and more. She is a member of the International Workshop for Astronomy (IWA e.V.) which organises the International Astronomical Youth Camp, and is also a former Trustee of the Royal Astronomical Society (2020-2023).
