Research project: "The Secondary Spy": Creating a graphic novel targeted at young autistic people transitioning from primary to secondary school (ACoRNS Voices)

The proposed project builds on research conducted within the Autism Community Research Network @ Southampton [ACoRNS] and funded by the University Public Engagement in Research Unit (PERU).

This is a creative, literary project that will co-construct fun and engaging comics for young people about school transition. Particularly, it will incorporate the lived experiences of autistic children and young people, the coping strategies they employ, and their feelings about the process.
