Thank you for your interest in this study. Further information on your rights as a study participant is provided below.

Can anyone else access the information collected?

Apart from the researcher and their supervisor, responsible members of the University of Southampton may be also given access to the -information collected in this study for monitoring purposes and/or to carry out an audit of the study, to ensure that research complies with applicable regulations. Individuals from regulatory authorities (who check if research is carried out correctly) may also be given access to these data.

Do I have to take part?

It is entirely up to you to decide whether or not to participate in this study.  If you decide not to take part, or to withdraw after you have started to complete the survey, you will not be penalised in any way.

Can I change my mind?

You can change your mind and withdraw from this study at any point until you submit your answers. To do this, you simply need to close/exit the survey. However, as this survey is anonymous, once you submit your answers, you will no longer be able to withdraw your information from this study.

If you have any further questions or concerns about this study, please contact the researcher on the contact details provided on the top of the Participant Information Sheet. However, please be aware that if you contact the researcher you might be no longer anonymous.
