Mr Robert Entwistle is a Postgraduate research student in the Computational Engineering and Design Group at the University of Southampton, within Engineering and Physical Sciences.

Robert Entwistle received a MEng degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics form the University of Southampton in 2014. He then continued at the University of Southampton as a PhD student in the Computational Engineering Design research group within the Centre for Doctoral Training in Next Generation Computational Modelling (CDT in NGCM). His research focuses on unmanned aerial vehicles and optimisation.

Robert has also been involved in the design of the SPOTTER UAV; a 35 kg maximum take-off weight research unmanned aerial vehicle design at the University of Southampton that exploits additive manufacturing.
