Ömer is a Royal Society University Research Fellow and an expert on Scattering Amplitudes in Quantum Field Theory
- Scattering amplitudes in Quantum Field Theory (QFT) and their mathematical properties
- Multi-loop pertrubative calculations using bootstrap techniques
- Applications of cluster algebras and related concepts to QFT
- Integrable QFTs, in particular the Fishnet Model
Current PhD Students
Ömer is currently a Royal Society University Research Fellow.
Previously he has been a a UKRI Stephen Hawking Fellow at the University of Southampton, and held postdoctoral positions at the Univesity of Oxford, University of Southampton and École Normale Supérieure (Paris).
He obtained his PhD from Queen Mary, University of London.
