Dr. Natalia Delgado is a Lecturer in Employment and Gender Discrimination Law at the Law School, University of Southampton. She is co-director of the Stefan Cross Centre for Women, Equality and Law.

Natalia is working on a monograph based on her dissertation, which analysed how the International Labour Organization, the World Trade Organization, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund have conceptualised labour since the 1970s.

Biography
Natalia obtained her LLB and qualified as a barrister in Argentina and graduated with a Master's in International and European Law from the University of Geneva. She has a background working with trade unions, union federations, and the International Labour Organization. She completed her Ph.D. at Birkbeck College, University of London.
