This is the station-based class is ideal for both individuals and sports teams. It provides a full body workout that will improve your mobility, strength and stamina.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT classes involve repeated bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a longer low-intensity activity. This will get you working at your maximum potential for an intense cardio workout.
Indoor cycling has been around for more than 20 years and is a great way to improve overall aerobic fitness. You’ll find that it will also increase your stamina, lower your body fat levels and increase muscle tone.
These sessions incorporate multiple muscle groups at the same time to build strength, stability and mobility across your entire body.
‘Strong’ by Zumba
These classes combine high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
