Southampton Sport offers a variety of fitness products to help you make the most of your time in our facilities.  Whether you want to measure your progress or kick-start your fitness plan, we’re here to help make it happen. 

Gym Quiet Hours

Two quiet gym hours have been implemented on a weekly basis to support in creating an inclusive exercise environment at Jubilee Sports Centre.

Sessions will run on Tuesday & Wednesday from 2pm-3pm, we ask that all our members support these dedicated times to help us create a quieter environment. You are welcome to bring your own headphones to listen to your music, but our music system will remain switched off.

Personal training is a great way to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your fitness to play sport or if you are brand new to the gym, we can help you. We have two experienced personal trainers who can design personalised programmes to suit your needs. We will take you through a consultation to discuss your goals, your previous training history, any injuries or areas of concern and more, to ensure we tailor everything to you individually. Personal Training is available at Jubilee Sports Centre, Mayflower Gym & Wide Lane.

Southampton Sport have a Boditrax machine, a body composition analyser that produces many points of data on your body. These include muscle mass, fat mass, water weight amongst others. You can add a goal to your profile and keep track of your progress towards this.

It is easy to set up a profile and you can access this via their website or on the machine at the Jubilee Sports Centre. Unsure of what to do or need help determining the best course to reach your goals? Why not book a 30-minute PT session with one of our personal trainers? They can talk through your goals, set you up on the Boditrax machine and give advice on how you can reach them.
