Fitness Training

Sport and Wellbeing offers a variety of fitness products to help you make the most of your time in our facilities.  Whether you want to measure your progress or kick-start your fitness plan, we’re here to help make it happen.

Is your workout ineffective? Have you been performing the same routine week after week and not seeing any results? Why not try our fitness programming service? During this one hour session you can work with one of our qualified trainers to create new and improved routines with 12 weeks worth of progressions. Make the most of your workouts and book a session at the Jubilee Sports Centre. See for yourself the improvements you can make to your health, fitness and wellbeing.

Sport & Wellbeing currently offer the opportunity to use body stat examinations in the form of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) as a primary method for estimating body composition, and in particular body fat.


BIA actually determines the electrical impedance, or opposition to the flow of an electric current through body tissues which can then be used to calculate an estimate of total body water (TBW). TBW can be used to estimate fat-free body mass and, by difference with body weight, body fat.
