Research-informed approaches to improve mentorship provisions in school settings

Project overview

This project aims to strategically develop and disseminate academic and knowledge exchange outputs from our project 'Teacher Support: Mentorship Provisions For Supporting Early Career Teachers’ Retention And Future Career Growth In The British Schooling System', 'Mentor-Ease' and 'Co-design and co-construction of a professional development package on mentorship'.

The purpose of this, and other sister projects mentioned above, is to empower school teachers to effectively tackle the teacher recruitment and retention crisis in England.
