The project aims to develop approaches for providing accurate forecasts in dynamic settings, thereby enabling the company to improve competitiveness and performance. This will be achieved by developing innovative, automated, intelligent, statistically verified data quality checking and repair procedures and new mathematical/statistical procedures for extracting maximum value from information contained in prediction markets.

The principle investigator for the project is Professor Ming-Chien (Vanessa) Sung, the co-investigators are Professor Johnnie Johnson, Dr Tiejun Ma, and Professsor Frank McGroarty, and the Research Fellow is Nikolaos Kililis.
