Undergraduate

On our undergraduate courses you study with world-leading academics, composers and performers who are working at the top of their fields. We offer the BA Music (single honours) as well as joint honours degrees that combine Music with other disciplines. In all of our courses, we aim to provide you with a first year that emphasises breadth and diversity across performance, composition and technology, theory and analysis, music history and ethnomusicology, helping you to learn new skills and explore your own potential in new areas. After the first year, students have a high degree of flexibility to choose modules in specific areas of interest, or to continue studying across a range of topics and approaches.
