Dr. Larisa Yarovaya is an Associate Professor of Finance and the Director of the Centre for Digital Finance at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton, UK. With a profound expertise in international finance and Fintech, Larisa has contributed significantly to the academic landscape, authoring over 70 papers and co-editing the book "Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology".

Recognised for her outstanding contributions, Larisa has earned a spot in Stanford's top 2% Global Scientists list, and her research has garnered more than 9,000 citations. Her impactful work has been widely disseminated through esteemed media outlets such as BBC, MarketWatch, Financial Times, CBC, Euronews, and Bloomberg, showcasing her influence in both academic and public spheres.
