Current research

Dr Dimitra Georgiadou's research interests are the fabrication and optimisation of nanoscale opto/electronic devices with flexible substrates by applying novel materials concepts and alternative patterning techniques. She aims to develop the next generation of smart, green, flexible and low-cost electronics. She is currently working on polyoxometalate (POM) molecular memories and Pb-free perovskite photoelectric memristors for greener and sustainable electronics as well as radiofrequency Schottky diodes for powering the Internet of Everything.
