Roger delivered his talk to a cohort of first year undergraduate students studying on the module 'Managerial Decisions'. He explained how he set up the Ripples business over 26 years ago and developed it into a growing franchise that now has over 16 showrooms throughout the UK. In particular, Roger outlined his approach to managing risk and how, over the course of the past three decades, he has used a wide variety of different approaches to making important business decisions.

Roger, who was recently presented with a special achievement award for his outstanding contribution to the bathroom industry, said "It was a pleasure to attend the university and to be able to share my experience and knowledge with the students".
