Current research

I am currently the lead researcher on the AHRC-funded And Towns projects, which provide culture-led solutions for place-based research.

My next project proposes a new model for visual arts participation, funded by the AHRC LUCIA programme and in partnership with the Local Government Association.

I am writing a book on Carl Schmitt, sovereignty, and modernism.
