The Faculty of Medicine specialises in Cancer Sciences (CS), Clinical and Experimental Sciences (CES), Human Development and Health (HDH) and Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education (PPM).
In 2018, we opened the Centre for Cancer Immunology, the UK’s first and only centre dedicated to cancer immunology research. Our other research centres include the MRC Lifecourse Epidemiology Unit and the Centre for Human Development, Stem Cells and Regeneration.
We are a national leader in medical education, investing in multi-disciplinary research teams and creating opportunities for external collaborations.
