Module overview

Water has played a key role in shaping the way humans have evolved and how we have in turn shaped our environment. This module will focus on how water resources enables and constrains our activities and wellbeing, and those of natural ecosystems. We will look at these issues from the perspective of global to regional water supply and demand, how we measure these and how they are changing. It will include analysis and interpretation of water resources and their sustainability based on analysis of global and regional data using GIS and Excel.
