Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:
- Demonstrate achievement of the medicines management competencies outlined in part 3 of the Practice Assessment Document.
- Demonstrate that you have the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to demonstrate competence in an Episode of Care related to your field of nursing (detailed in the Practice Assessment Document).
- Demonstrate appropriate professional conduct and values throughout the placement.
- Completion of Practice Assessment Document for Part 3 of the programme. This must include achieving all of the communication /relationship management skills and nursing procedures contained within the skills passport.
- Practise independently, leading and coordinating care with confidence to demonstrate achievement of the proficiencies associated with part 3 of the programme.

Completion of Practice Assessment Document To pass this module you must also pass a drugs calculations exam with a pass mark of 90% To pass this module you must have completed ALL of the practice hours required for your programme If you will not achieve this in the planned placement time then you should: - Use an extension request form to request a deferred assessment date. - Contact your programme lead or deputy programme lead who will advise on how you may make up these practice hoursSummative
