Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:
- Demonstrate that you have the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to demonstrate competence in an Episode of Care related to your field of nursing (detailed in part 3 of the Practice Assessment Document).
- Demonstrate achievement of the medicines management competencies outlined in part 3 of the Practice Assessment Document.
- Completion of Practice Assessment Document for Part 3 of the programme. This must include achieving all of the communication /relationship management skills and nursing procedures contained within the skills passport.
- Demonstrate appropriate professional conduct and values throughout the placement.
- Practise independently, leading and coordinating care with confidence to demonstrate achievement of the proficiencies associated with part 3 of the Assessment of Practice Document
