Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:
- Demonstrate achievement of the medicines management competencies outlined in part 3 of the Practice Assessment Document relevant to field 1.
- Demonstrate appropriate professional conduct and values throughout the placement.
- Completion of Practice Assessment Document for part 3 of the programme in relation to field 1. This must include achieving all of the communication/relationship management skills and nursing procedures related to field 1 contained within the skills passport.
- Demonstrate that you have the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to demonstrate competence in an Episode of Care related to field 1 (detailed in the Practice Assessment Document).
- Practise independently, leading and coordinating care with confidence to demonstrate achievement of the proficiencies associated with part 3 of the programme for field 1
